Whether you are a pro or skating for the love of the sport, these stretches will enhance your overall skating experience and performance.

FEATURES:
- P-Rod and Alex video introduction explaining the importance of stretches before skateboarding.

- Includes 9 separate videos with P-Rod demonstrating each important stretch.

- Detailed descriptions of each stretch.

*** In addition to training P-Rod, Alex Laws has worked with some of the top athletes in extreme sports, including Rob Dyrdek, Danny Way and Colin McKay to name just a few. For more information, visit www.icoresports.com

This is a great app! Great quality on the videos! Wonderful job on the idea!!
Great app
The stretches helped me warm up today at the skatepark! Havent tried post stretches yet tho. IM LOOKING FORWARD TO MORE UPDATES!!
Good at first then loses its value
The app costs $2 so that is can basically show you some stretches, which are very good. After you have learned these stretches though, say after using it 2-3 times you no longer have any use to ever open the app again. Maybe adding in some videos on how to do tricks, or the best way to recoup from an injury. $2 is a lot for an app that will only be opened a handful of times.
